Thanks to no tree protections in #horrycounty and @lennarhomes utter disregard for anything green, they’ve adopted a scorched earth policy for the land behind my condo…..a single white heron has been standing his ground against the bulldozers all morning. The pond is not getting filled in so tearing down mature trees and shrubs and killing turtles and fish was entirely unnecessary and done for the convenience of the builder. #environmentallyfriendly hell no. #savethetrees #globalwarmingisreal #thissucks @scdnr @horrycounty_gov do better!
